The error message “Please check clean water tank” can be caused by dirty detectors in the water tank. Cleaning with a salt solution or pH-neutral cleaning agent can help. Also check and clean the dirty water intake opening and the fresh water nozzle.

To clean the dust container and the permanent filter, empty the container and clean the filter. To do this, open the appliance lid, remove the dust container and filter and empty both, rinse with water if necessary, clean the filter with a brush and replace everything after it has dried.
