The ERAZER ControlCenter software can be used to activate or deactivate the USB ports in sleep mode or when switched off, even without a connected power supply unit.

According to EU guidelines, MEDION notebooks can be delivered without a power adapter, which can cause performance and charging problems if third-party power adapters are too weak. Check that the power adapter has the required wattage, is USB Power Delivery Specification certified and that the battery is not in shipping mode.

The Avantum 15 E1 has a 0.2165 inch x 0.0984 inch (5.5 mm x 2.5 mm) connector, while the Avantum 17 E1 (E1E and E1i) is 0.1575 inch x 0.0669 inch (4.0 mm x 1.7 mm). Both feature a positive inner and negative outer polarity.
