Why doesn't the tumble dryer dry the laundry completely?
Answer
Check the following points:
The correct programme has not been set. Select the correct programme according to the fabrics, quantity and desired result. A detailed overview can be found in the operating instructions.
A blocked lint filter means that the dryer has to run longer to remove the moisture from the laundry, too much laundry has been in the dryer or the drum is not clean. Clean the lint filter by taking it out of the holder and removing the lint.
Clean the moisture sensors to detect if the laundry is still damp. To avoid limescale deposits on the moisture sensor, wipe the sensor after each drying cycle and clean the metal surfaces 4 times a year with a cloth dipped in vinegar.
Empty the water tank of the dryer regularly for optimal drying performance and to avoid odours.
