Why does the dishwasher door not close properly or too quickly?

Answer

The door of an undercounter dishwasher is designed so that a front panel can be fitted. It can only be opened or closed ideally with a panel installed.
If it is not possible to fit a front panel, always close the door carefully, otherwise it will swing up quickly.
This can cause the door to jump out of its anchorage and the locking pin to break off.
