Why does my robot vacuum cleaner constantly drive aimlessly or backwards?

Robot vacuum cleaner MEDION X20 SW+ (MD 11415), X40 SW (MD 20040) and X50 SW+ (MD 20004)

• If your robot vacuum cleaner is moving backwards, the scrubbing mode is activated. Deactivate the scrubbing mode by:
  1. Open the app.
  2. In the robot control menu, select Settings (icon with three dots).
  3. Click on cleaning mode and change it to quick cleaning.

• MEDION X40 SW (MD 20040) and X50 SW+ (MD 20004)

• If your robot vacuum cleaner is moving backwards, the scrubbing mode is activated. Deactivate the scrubbing mode by:
  1. Open the app.
  2. Select Settings in the robot control menu (icon with fan).
  3. Deactivate the selected scrubbing mode here.
