Why does my robot vacuum cleaner constantly drive aimlessly or backwards?
Robot vacuum cleaner MEDION X20 SW+ (MD 11415), X40 SW (MD 20040) and X50 SW+ (MD 20004)
MEDION X20 SW+ (MD 11415)
If your robot vacuum cleaner is moving backwards, the scrubbing mode is activated. Deactivate the scrubbing mode by:
Open the app.
In the robot control menu, select
Settings
(icon with three dots).
Click on
cleaning mode
and change it to
quick cleaning
.
MEDION X40 SW (MD 20040) and X50 SW+ (MD 20004)
If your robot vacuum cleaner is moving backwards, the scrubbing mode is activated. Deactivate the scrubbing mode by:
Open the app.
Select
Settings
in the robot control menu (icon with fan).
Deactivate the selected
scrubbing mode here
