Why does my MEDION X50 SW (MD 20004) robot vacuum display an error message that there is not enough water available even though the water tank is full?

The unit may display the corresponding error message for no reason.

Remedy for this problem can be:

• Fill the water tank to about 50% and then shake it to the right and left.
