Why can't I connect my mouse and keyboard set MEDION MD 85014?

Answer

The Bluetooth dongle may only be connected to PCs / notebooks that do not have their own Bluetooth chip installed.

If the dongle is connected additionally, different errors occur. The most common are:

• a driver error is displayed in the device manager
• keyboard / mouse are paired but not connected
• the set does not work anymore after a reboot

💡Note: After a restart of the system a mouse button must be pressed once to end the standby.
