Why are the dishes still not clean after the machine has finished?
Answer
The following points may be the cause of this:
- If the dishes are too close together or even touching, the machine cannot clean the spaces sufficiently. Make sure that each dish has enough space.
- The spray arms must not be blocked by the dishes and must be able to move freely so that the cleaning process can proceed without interference. Make sure that the nozzles of the spray arms are not blocked and clean them if necessary so that the water can be sprayed unhindered.
- Also pay attention to the programme selected and the amount of detergent. Heavily soiled dishes require a correspondingly intensive programme.
- There is a filter at the bottom of the machine that must be cleaned regularly so that the waste water can be pumped out freely.
