It is possible that you have purchased a notebook without a power adapter.
The decision to omit the power supply unit from the scope of delivery of our products complies with the new EU Regulation 2022/2380, which aims to reduce electronic waste and extend the useful life of existing accessories. Through this regulation, we are working together to contribute to the conservation of resources.

⚠️Note⚠️ The following may occur when using a USB-C power adapter that is not certified according to the USB PowerDelivery specification and / or has insufficient wattage to charge the product:

Overall computer performance is slower.
The battery charges at a reduced rate.
The battery does not charge / the power supply is not recognized.
The battery continues to discharge even though the notebook is running on the AC adapter.
A BIOS notification about low wattage is displayed.
The power-on self-test (POST) is not completed.

If your product exhibits the symptoms mentioned above or similar symptoms, please note the following points:

Check whether the USB-C power adapter has sufficient power to charge the device and whether the power adapter is certified according to the USB PowerDelivery specification.
