What can I do if my device stops responding or hangs?
In this case, a residual current discharge (power supply reset) can help.
Tip: Performing a residual current discharge/ static discharge can help if your product has any of the following symptoms:
- Devices react slowly or delay.
- USB devices (such as mouse & keyboard) are not recognized.
Various electronic components in your device can store small amounts of power. This can lead to temporary issues.
With the residual current discharge/static discharge these components are discharged and the issues are thus often resolved.

How can I tell if the battery is removable?
- This can usually be seen on the bottom of your device. If you have an unlocking bolt, as shown in Illustration 1 then the battery should be removable.

But if it is a continuous surface as in Figure 2, then the battery is internal and cannot be removed.
If you still not sure if the battery is removable or not then please check your devices user manual.

- Do not plug in the power adapter yet, first hold down the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge the residual current from all electronic components.
- Then charge the device with the power adapter for at least two hours continuously.
- Turn it back on and use it as usual.
