My Android TV shows a duplicate image after an update, what can I do?

The duplicated image display may have been caused by an error during the installation of an update, which can be rectified by installing the original software.

To rectify the error, please visit the MEDION service portal, download the original software for your Android TV to your PC or notebook by entering your product number (MSN).
Then unzip the downloaded .zip file, copy the update file MDS_upgrade_image_no_tvcertificate.pkg to a USB stick previously formatted in the FAT 32 file system and follow the instructions in the installation guide Firmware_Full_Software_android_EN.pdf.
