How do I know if the Aquastop has been triggered?

You can tell whether the Aquastop has been triggered and the valve has interrupted the water supply by looking at the window or the indicator field of the mechanical Aquastop system. It is a round glass that is located just below the inlet. If the safety valve has closed, the viewing window is coloured red. In this case you can be sure that the inner hose is losing water and the unit needs to be replaced.
