If there is no audible change when Dolby Atmos is enabled / disabled, a firmware update is available for the following TV models with Vidaa OS, which improves the sound quality in relation to Dolby Atmos mode:

Proceed as follows:

1. Unzip the ZIP file onto a FAT32-formatted USB stick.

3. Confirm the message An update has been found with OK.
4. The television will restart and the update will be installed (the update process takes a few minutes).
