  • Why is the Robot Vacuum Cleaner not found in the network?

  • Please check the network settings. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner only operates in the 2.4 GHz range, so the smartphone must be registered in the 2.4 GHz WLAN network.   • Why is the map no longer taken into account correctly?

  • If the position of the charging station has been changed, a new map must be created.

  • The robot should only be lifted during operation in the event of error messages, such as a blockage. When the robot is then placed on the floor and cleaning is continued using the button on the robot or the APP, the robot will try to locate itself in the map that has been created. This process can take up to 2 minutes. During this time, the robot is not visible in the app. After successful localisation, the robot will continue its cleaning task and the position in the app will be displayed again. If the localisation was not successful, the entire accessible area is cleaned.
