X30 Beast Control Centre Blank

My X30 has been reformatted and Windows 11 Pro installed by my workplace. The only software available to download is the control centre. I obviously want to use this to customise the laptop. RGB Key lights etc.

When I open the control centre all of the options are either empty or blank.

I have downloaded the latest version, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same:

Control Centre UWP App MEDION ERAZER Beast X30 Version: 3.33.27.0

I have the same machine and CC is really primitive and not to realible. I have other problems with it too...

Anyways, maybe a Windows update or latest Visual C++ / Framework apps are missing from your system.

Hi and thanks, I have installed so many C++/net framework and all windows updates, as many direct X and other redistributable packages as I could find and still just blank.

I don't think it would be hard to say with the download that it requires something to run correctly, instead of users just guessing.

Well... I am not surprised CC works sh*tty. I am having problems with mine too but with the dGPU setting.

(I have an X30 Beast too)

Anyways, I have had an older X25 too and I remember having the same issue as you.

I had to use an older version of Command Center and that worked fine.

Not sure where to get an earlier version though. 😞

I might have it somewhere saved...
