So I have 2 keys that have popped off on my laptop they must of got loose and finally gave up. (Medion ERAZER Beast X40 Intel Core i9 32GB RAM 2TB SSD RTX 4080 240Hz 17 Inch Windows 11) I'm missing one spring. I cannot seem to put the other one on anyway. After of hours upon hours of trying and watching one tutorial I can find on youtube and a reddit post here https://www.reddit.com/r/MSILaptops/comments/11os6nk/anyone_know_how_to_reinstall_the_cherry_mx_ulp/ I've had no luck. If I knew how difficult these keys are to put back and to get spare parts because I cannot find anywhere in the UK that sells them I would of never purchased this laptop. Worst key design I've ever seen. Someone might even want to remove keys on purpose for dust reasons and realignment and go to find they cannot put them back on. The bed of where the keys go are intact and work fine. I've just lost a spring now and so one key is doomed and I cannot for the life of me put the other key back on.
Is there an easy way of going about this and has anyone else having this problem?
I'm just going to have to use a external keyboard for now as I'm worried about damaging the bare exposed plastic wings. It's just so annoying.
My laptop has only turned a year old and I cannot seem to register my product since there's no serial number on the back of the laptop or anywhere.
Thank you in advance.

Dear @Kez-A
From my understanding your laptop is within the warranty period so if there is no physical damage it will covered and a the keyboard will be replaced.
Please contact your local Medion service centre by phone/email to book a warranty repair. https://www.medion.com/gb/service/contact
(your serial number will be available in the BIOS)
Thanks

Hello @Kez-A and welcome.
You can get the keys individually, see here.
They ship worldwide. Just not to the UK (Brexit says hello).
Maybe you know someone in a country where they ship and they can send them to you. If you're still under warranty, use it.
You can also use the Medion Service app to read the serial number.
