Undervolt or Overclock CPU - Major X20 - Erazer

Good day everyone, I recently bought this laptop MSN 40088318 (or 30037669) It is the: ERAZER MAJOR X20 MD62614

The laptop has a i7-14700HX processor. This is an unlocked proccessor, which is part of the reason why I bought it. but I came to find that from medion this is (b)locked in the BIOS. Due to user-mistakes and errors I can sympathize with this choice not being standardly accessible, but for someone more technical it should be possible under own risk to make some changes no?

Control center version: 5.45.28
BIOS version: N.1.08MED13
EC version: 1.25

I've so far tried everything there is to try. Within the control center. Within the SPC settings, there is no changing volt option! Worse yet, even when I enable memory overclocking there are no additional settings available in the BIOS afterwards either. I also have the most recent BIOS version. I've disabled core isolation in the odds of this blocking cpu undervolting, I've also tried the ' corevoltoffset_Beastx20'  Tool. Which doesn't even do or change anything after running the exe.

Long story short, I am at my wits end.

Surely there must be a possibility to unlock this BIOS or allow for some kind of control of a CPU that should be able to be controlled? Why can't I do this anywhere?? Can anyone please help me out. I am almost approaching drastic changes such as, installing a BIOS from XMG, as within research this as shown succesful results. Or worse yet, returning this laptop entirely.

Thanks in advance for taking the time and pointing me into the right directions and/or helping me figure this out, its much appreciated.

With regards

mojo

Hi, I have the same laptop, major x20 md62614. Undervolting is locked on firmware level as I understand. I am also looking for options to undervolt because, even with liquid methal, the i7-14700HX still gets very hot.

It would be great if Medion roll out a new bios version where it is possible to undervolt.

Looking forward to a reply from mod/medion.

Thank you!
