Screen replacement cost?

Hey everyone,

I have been in contact with Medion about a screen replacement, they haven't been able to quote me an exact price and now out the blue there are admin fees as well as carriage fees, not telling me how much this will be, so basically they could charge me what they like when it's fixed?

Any advice? thank you in advance.
