Power light flashing gaming pc x67127

Just moved my pc. Plugged it all in and now the power light keeps flickering inconsistently. It's never done that before. Cant find anything in the manual. Keyboard, mouse and monitor all seem to be connected and are working fine

Hi @Confused,

do you have the MSN number of your PC?

It is an eight-digits number printed in the label near the Medion logo.

You can find it underneath or behind your PC.

It should start by 100, 300 or 500.

Regards,

Gehringer

@Confused

Did you check your AC wallbox, cable and plug at the back of your PC?

Boots and runs the computer in  normal behavior?

So far as I can tell it's running fine, started it up and played a few games on it. Power cable is plugged in properly, as are all the internal plugs I could get to. Dont know what an AC wallbox is

Oh, yeah the connection there is fine. I've had the computer set up here before, just had it at a friends place and brought it back. Nothing so far as I'm aware has changed since then

Havent solved it. It's still flickering. But seems to be running fine so I guess it's a problem to be solved when something stops working

Hi @Confused ,

I think it may be a connection issue within the light mechanism.

If you want Medion to take a look at it, please contact its technical support team and they may book it for repair.

Regards,

Gehringer
