P7651 RAM Upgrade

Will this Unit take 2 x 16GB DDR4 3200 MHz Sodimm Modules?

Hi @Slartibardfast ,

 

your original RAM specs is the following:

 

1x 8192 MB DDR4 SO-DIMM (PC4-19200 / 2400 MHz)

(1/2 occupied, 16 GB max.) 

 

As mentioned, it is upgradable until 16GB max.

That's a pity, but it's not a pressing need just a nice to have.  I have 16GB installed so am at the limit.

 

Btw it did not come with 1 x 8GB Module but 2 x 4GB Modules installed.

 

And thanks for checking for me.  Saved making an expensive mistake 😉
