I have an Erazer Deputy P30 notebook.
msn: 30034316

My "old" Bios:

vendor INSYDE Corp.
version 1.07.02RME1_022

Do you know if an updated bios is available?

Where can I find Bios for this Notebook?

Das war nicht aussgekräftiger als dein erster Post.  Aktualisieren, sagst aber nicht was? Bios oder die Wiindows Installation. Vermutlich das Bios?

Wenn ja, welche Version hattest du versucht zu installieren? 

Woher hast du diese neue Version? 

Wie lautete die Fehlemeldung? 

Welche Version hast Du aktuell?

Weiterhin hast du meine Frage, ob der Rechner noch ins Bios booten kann nicht beantwortet.

Das ist hier keine Rate Sitzung. Kann meine Zeit besser nutzen.

Entweder du gibst alle  Details "preís", oder keiner kann oder will dir noch helfen!

That wasn't any more precise than your first post. Update, but you didn't say what? BIOS or the Windows installation. Presumably the BIOS.

If so, which version were you trying to install?

Where did you get this new version from?

What was the error message?

Which version do you currently have?

Furthermore, you didn't answer my question about whether the computer can still boot into the BIOS.

This isn't a guessing session. I could make better use of  my time.

Either you give all the details, or no one can or wants to help you!

I did not advise you a special Bios.  In this other thread  @Major_ToM  offered a Bios Update.

So you should ask him how to proceed. I do not have your Deputy P30, so I am not able to check what happens if you flash it.

Meine Liebsten suche ich mir schon selber aus. Aber dich garantiert nicht!

Nicht solch  einen  User wie dich, der sofort ausfällig wird wenn er nicht prompto geliefert bekommt was er möchte.  Das ist hier kein Shop wo man  bestellt, und Andere  haben zu liefern.

Das ist ein User helfen User Forum auf freiwilliger Basis. Aber wenn jemand wie du nicht mal in der Lage ist eine nachvollziehbare Beschreibung zu liefern was, wann, wie und womit er was gemacht hat, und man zwei dreimal nachfragen muss was wie geschehen ist, und  auch keine wortgetreue Fehlermeldung zitiert oder Screenshots vom Ablauf  gepostet werden, kann man wenig machen.

I was not offensive, I asked for more information.

Despite repeated requests, no further explanations about the process of the failed bios update. And you have the the wrong idea about how a forum "User helping User" is functioning. 

I asked you for more detailed explanations of "what and where" went wrong during the update. Otherwise, no one could help you. You then said it was my duty to provide you with a tutorial.

For you I even referred to the moderator  Major Tom for help.

Sorry, but what kind of idea  about the role another User  should have to fulfill do you have?

I have already posted photos and everything on other posts, I know that they are not sufficient proof but I cannot post a photo larger than 3 megabytes, finally I will never buy a medion again no because I have something against you but it is a brand that has no support, it is a brand that does not work as it should, I threw 1k in the trash but it will never happen again thanks for everything ❤️

reading everything it maybe would have been better to launch a separate post with your issue instead of leaving parts in different treads. 
So I´m summarising that you obtain an ERAZER Deputy P30 with article nr 30034316.
The recent Bios is version 1.07.04RME1 and can directly be downloaded by clicking this link:

There are multiple versions (like Efi-Flash, Win-Flash) included, so you can decide on your own, which one to use.
If there are problems with the update (a test using the FlashWinX64.bat from the "Bios" folder worked w/o problems), please post them in this thread.

In deed the upload restrictions vary referring to the appropriate user profile, but every user is allowed to upload pictures up to a file size of 3072 KB as long als the pics carry a jpg, gif, png or pdf file extension.
Remind that every uploaded user picture has to be "checked & released" by a forum admin, so this may take a couple of minutes in working hours and a few hours apart from that.
