Memory upgrade. Which SSD?

I want to upgrade my two drives in my X7851 Medion Erazer laptop. The two drives that are there now are are 250GB SSD and 1TB platter drive. I want to replace them with 1TB SSD and 2TB SSD.
What are the specifications I need for my two new drives? I want them to be compatible with my machine.

you can use another M.2 Sata and a second 2.5 "SSD(7mm)
