Medion Erazer Beast X25 - in game performance problem

Hi everyone,

Looking for fellow users' help after having unsuccesfully tried to find a solution by myself. I apologize in advance for the grammar mistakes and the poor english at times, English is not my native tongue. I'll try to explain things clearly, but my knowledge in IT is limited, so please be indulgent.

Here's the problem :

I happily own a gaming laptop Medion Erazer Beast X25 (AMD Ryzen™ 7, 5800H 3,2 GH, 32 Go DDR4-SDRAM 3200 MHz 1 To SSD NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8 Go) since 2021, and it has always worked fine. I play all kind of games with it, without any problems. On saturday evening, I turned my computer off after playing BF2042, and didn't notice anything special. Game worked perfectly. Yesterday though, I wanted to play again, so I turned my laptop on again, and it worked fine only until I launched the game. The game launched normally, but with really really low FPS, just like if I had tried to play with the laptop unplugged. Usually, when I launch a game, the vents start running faster, I guess because the GPU begins to work harder, but this is not the case anymore. This is not a vents' problem, since I can still use them at max speed through the Erazer Control center. It does this with every game.

It feels like the GPU is not powered as it normally should anymore, but I can't find the reason why. There was no update nor fall of the laptop nor anything else that happened to my laptop that could have caused the problem or damaged the laptop. I tried to reinitialize my laptop, but  the problem is still there...

In the Nvidia app, when I launch any game, I see that the power doesn't go above 25W. The GPU is used at 99% and not the AMD graphics, so this is not causing the problem. CPU clock is at 210Mhz, GPU temp is 50° (celsius), tension 0.625 volt, VRAM clock 405 Mhz.

I updated all my drivers, and installed all the last Windows updates, but nothing worked.

Any suggestions ?

Many thanks in advance.
