Hi All

I have recently purchased the Beast 16 model and i am very happy with my purchase. However, There are a few little niggles i have with the design. I would have preferred the power supply to be plugged in more to one side of the laptop rather than dead center also i would have liked a 90 degree right angled elbow connector and not a straight one that puts a bit of strain on the port because the cable is so short you need to have the BRICK close to the laptop.

I have looked everywhere trying to find information on what connector type i would need to purchase so i can at least take some strain of the port, but have not had any joy as of yet. I would love to fins an extension cable with an elbow connector attached if one is available?

I know this is a long shot, but if anyone knows of any such items, please could you give me the details?

Hi,

I myself have a Laptop with an elbow plug on the left side near the display.

Because the laptop   is situated on the corner of the coffee table it often hooks there. Quite annoying

 if I have to move the laptop to the middle, to show the screen to my wife.

That isn't ideal either.

But you can search in Ebay Amazon or Temu or inan electronic shop in town for a elbow plug with the dimensions of your charging plug..

Dimensions are:

Output Rated: 19.5V 11.8A cable length: 1200mm

Dimensions plug:

• Outside Diameter: 5.50mm
• Inner diameter: 2.5mm
• Length of the plug: 12.5mm

• + = in ; - = out

You also could insert a cable inbetween the cut off cableend  and the new plug.

What's the point? He doesn't need a new power adapter for €139, just an angled charging plug for about € 3.50, which can easily be mounted (soldered) and insulated properly to the cable in place of the existing plug.
