MEDION support page is not working

Hello, I am trying to send a message through your support page, but it does not seem to be working.

When I try to send the message, nothing happens; the page just jumps to the top as if there were a problem but it does not show any error messages.

I have tried three different browsers, but they all do the same thing.

Please can you let me know what countries support page you are trying to reach? it maybe easier to call or we can supply a direct email if country known.
