Keyboard piece broken

Hello, I bought a new laptop at the start of the year, a Medion Erazer, and like 2 weeks ago, the W key started working badly. I took out the key, and i realized that the little silicone piece, the one that acts as a sucker cup (i'm spanish and i'm not sure if it is called like that), that small piece is broken, it has a cut and it doesn't works well. Does anyone know how can i fix it or where can i get one new? Thanks.

I used the "Spare part search" function, but the MSN doesn't work, and the MD shows me kitchen stuff, i don't know why.
