Hi Juze, that's quite easy check on the Service Page the engl. Manual, plus the Technical Specs

In the manual follow in chapter  16.2. Page 34/35 abot the System recovery with Windows® recovery options.

Your PSU features 450 W. The Product Keys is kept in the UEFI Bios.
