Hello,
The above desktop didn't arrive with a hot-swap rack. I would like to install one or perhaps two HDD for storage and back-ups. Where can I get the hot-swap rack from? 11.2 in the instructions says only the rack supplied can be used. I imagine I'd be able to rig something up, but would rather get the proper part.
Many thanks,
Steve

Hi steve, this is a User helping User forum. No User can say anything about the loss, or supply the missing HotSwapRack.
You have to talk to your retailer, where you bought the Erazer. Where did you buy, in which country you are in?
Please also state the MSN number of your PC. It's normally underneath the case on a sticker. Or on the sales packaging.
Sincerely, daddle

Hi Daddle,
Thanks for the reply. I wasn't bemoaning a missing piece, I just have no idea where to get the mounting bracket that will fit the holes in the base. The IWA3 is also known as MSN10026034. I'm UK based, and bought it from eBuyer, but they don't appear to carry the part.
Best,
Steve

You didn't say so. You didn't ask where to buy. It sounded like you were complaining about a missing rack, which actually should be part of the PC equipment. Following your link to the manual. But this only might be an optional feature in some PCs.
But in the technical specifications there is no Hot Swap rack mentioned.
But what so ever, check on Medions service page with the MSN 10026034, and there in the category spare parts.
https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/10026034
But on the picture no Hot Swap Rack is seen. To build one in, you would need another frontside bezel. Plus the mounting facilities on the front part of the housing.
Sorry I can not help you with that.
Check with eBay or another PC parts shop to see if such a part is available for purchase.
Bye, daddle
