No, it does not appear in the BIOS. The slot seems empty. BIOS version is 2.12

What happens if you take the HDD 1 TB out, and only leaves the M2 SATA SSD mounted.
Then check in Bios for the Disk, or in Advyanced, or in the boot page.
You also could try to find the SSD making use of the MediaCreationTool, which creates a Win 10 Iso bootable USB stick. If you boot the USB Stick you will see if it finds the SSD; in further progress you will get a possibility for partitioning. Afer this you can cancel the installation, reconnect the HHD , boot your usual Win Installation and check within Disk Management if your SSD is recognized.

Can you please post a picture of your M2 SSD where we can read the label? That would bring some light on the matter.
Thanks

OK that's a SATA M2 . Are you sure you took the HDD out? Second you made a USB Stick with the MediaCreationTool, and tried to boot from it?
If the HDD is taken out, check in Bios on Page Advanced for SATA drives and configuration. Please post some photographies from the bios pages Advanced, and with submenus opened regarding drives.
