I've had this issue since I got the laptop roughly a year and a half ago, but the fans seem to enjoy running at full speed when the computer is on power saver mode (not charging), with control center as quiet mode and with the CPU at 40 Celsius, GPU not running (36 Celsius). I've made sure everything is updated but it still does this. Is there any way to fix this?
