Hello,
so I got a problem with my laptop it’s turning on and off the whole time, when I get to the Medion logo it turns off/restarts for no reason. I removed the ram and put it back still the same, I changed the ssd still the same. One thing that I can tell you is that it gets very hot in like 30 seconds of being on. Could someone please help me?

Hi @George2243 ,
Check Cooling System (Important)
Open the back of the laptop (if you're comfortable doing so) and:
Inspect the fans – do they spin when you turn it on?
Check if dust or thermal paste has degraded.
Gently wiggle the heatsink — it should be firmly attached.
If possible, reapply thermal paste and reseat the cooling system.
External Monitor Check
Connect to an external monitor to rule out display failure or GPU post issues.
Reflash/Reset BIOS (Advanced)
If you're able to boot into BIOS (even briefly):
Enter BIOS by pressing DEL or F2 immediately at startup.
Restore to Default Settings.
If BIOS update is available on Medion’s site for the Erazer Beast X10, and you're able to stay on long enough, update it.
Kind regards
