Erazer X5330 D, PC friert sehr oft beim Spielen ein

Hallo,

 

mein PC friert sehr oft beim Spielen komplett ein so das nur mehr kalt rebooten hilft. Ich habe seit ich Win10 installiert hab den Verdacht, dass der Nvidia Treiber

nicht richtig funktioniert aber ich weiß einfach nicht wie ich den Fehler beheben soll. Help pls!

Ich sollte vllt noch sagen, ich habe das System oft sogar neu aufgesetzt aber immer wieder das selbe. Irgendwie liegt irgendein Systemfehler vor und der GrakaTreiber

macht seit je her Probleme. Manchmal funktionierts eine zeitlang gut, in letzter Zeit crashed fast jedes Spiel nach 30-40min.

Der PC ist ja jetzt schon mehr als 3 Jahre alt. Seit wann friert er denn beim Spielen immer ein? Fingen die Abstürze zeitgleich mit dem Upgrade auf Windows10 an? Liefen die Spiele, die jetzt immer abstürzen, vorher denn immer einwandfrei?

 

Hier ist es erstmal wichtig zu wissen, ob ein Software- oder Hardwareproblem vorliegt, damit man nicht anfängt einen Holzweg zu beschreiten und vergeblich an falscher Stelle sucht. Du könntest ja testhalber mal das mitgelieferte Windows 8 wieder installieren und dann die besagten Spiele einmal testen. Wenn der PC unter Windows 8 einwandfrei arbeitet, liegt ein Softwareproblem vor. Das kann dann entweder an einem nicht ordnungsgemäß arbeitenden Treiber oder direkt an Windows 10 liegen. Es gibt hier in der Community zahlreiche Fälle, in denen eine einfache, saubere Neuinstallation von Windows 10 per USB-Stick (erstellt mit dem MediaCreation Tool) schon geholfen hat. Da du das System aber schon häufiger neu aufgesetzt hast, wird es wohl eher auf ein Treiber- oder Hardwareproblem hinauslaufen.

 

Ich hatte kürzlich an meinem eigenen PC auch das Phänomen, dass selbst die einfachsten Spiele nach unterschiedlicher Zeit (1- 10 Minuten) einen Absturz des PCs verursachten. Ich hörte nur noch einen hohen Dauerpiepton aus den Lautsprechern und eine weitere Bedienung war nicht möglich. Grund war ein zwar noch funktionierendes, aber offensichtlich nicht mehr sauber arbeitendes Netzteil. Nach einem Austausch gegen ein neues Netzteil (mit etwas mehr Leistung) läuft der PC nun schon seit ca. 1 Monat fehlerfrei.

Gibt es irgendwo ein Guide wie ich Win10 clean installieren kann? Wie gesagt, ich hab das einige Male gemacht, immer wieder das selbe.

Ich weiß dann nicht welche Treiber ich nehmen soll, in welcher Reihenfolge ich sie installieren soll, etc. Dass mit dem Zurücksetzen auf Win8 hat auch nichts gebracht.

Damals hab ich schon den Fehler bekommen, wo der Nvidia Treiber "stopped responding and has recovered".

Das ärgerliche ist ja, dass ich meinen PC direkt aus der Reparatur zurückbekommen habe, weil Graka und Netzteil ausgetauscht und Systemfehler repariert wurden,

und sofort nach der Win10 Installation hat er wieder angefangen einzufrieren.

Ich hab keine Ahnung was ich noch machen soll oder wie ich dieses System ordnungsgemäß aufsetzten kann.

Ein Cleaninstall ist eigentlich nicht schwierig. Du erstellst dir mit dem MediaCreation Tool einen Installationsdatenträger und bootest dann davon. Während des Setups würde ich erstmal alle Partitionen löschen, eine ausreichend große Partition C anlegen und dann die Installation starten. Nach dem Setup installiert man immer den Chipsatztreiber des Mainboards zuerst. Danach können Dinge wie Sound, Grafik usw. installiert werden. Hierzu kannst du die originalen 8er Treiber aus unserem Downloadbereich testen. Meistens funktionieren 8er Treiber auch unter 10.

 

Wenn der PC dann wieder instabil läuft, kannst du dir ja mal z.B. CoreTemp installieren und damit die Temperatur der CPU überwachen, während du ein Game spielst. Vielleicht hat der PC ja ein Problem mit der Kühlung und wird zu warm.

Ahm, für mein Model werden keine Treiber mehr angeboten? Nur für X5329 und X5331? MSN Nummer ergibt auch nix (20053522).

Unter der MSN 20053522 kannst du nichts finden. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Artikelnummer des PC-Gehäuses. Du musst die Artikelnummer des Hauptgerätes eingeben. Versuchs mal mit 10018983. Smiley (zwinkernd)

Hallo @Warranty,

 

die MSN Nummer 20053522 nicht nicht die Richtuge, deswegen bekommst Du keine Ergebnisse bei der Treibersuche. Schau bitte HIER, wo die richtige MSN deines PCs angebracht ist. Sie müsste mit 1001xxxx beginnen.

Ansonsten installiere dir doch bitte die Geforce Experience Software von Nvidia, um deine Grafiktreiber immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten
