I have a great new desktop - the MD 34400. But it has fancy coloured lights. How do I switch them off?

depends on where and how on your board B760H7-EM
the LEDs of the fans are connected. (SYS FAN /RGB Header/ ARGB Header)

That decides whether they are controllable or not.

So, in the  worst case, I can at least disconnect the lights.
