Erazer Crawler E30e random crash

Hello,

I buy a Erazer Crawler E30e from Cdiscourt when there was a promotion and now I got a problem that I see nowhere online.

When I am playing a video game or just chilling watching some videos my computer crashes, it start by doing a blinking thing on the screen next a sound like a PS2 crash sound appear in my headset (when I unplug it the sound isn't coming from the speaker) and I can't do anything else than forcing the shutdown of my computer.

It's really annoying since this is my first laptop and I want to take care of it.

Also I updated everything unless the BIOS and this bug still here.

I'm all ears for any help to this problem.

I'm going to try to capture the moment when it crash so that anybody can see what's my problem.

Crashing units can be caused by multiple factors, (have you verified all drivers and Windows updates have been performed?)
