Crawler E25 doesnt go sleep mode under windows 10 21H2

Under Kubuntu it goes sleep mode, under windows fans still running with led indicators, why?

EDIT::

Windows didnt enter fully suspend mode, only was turning screen off. Fans were still running with led indicators. Since i dont use old drivers from medion which even their website doesnt work with drivers, so i used straight from nvidia website, but laptop couldnt enter fully to suspend mode, upgrading to newer driver solved issue.

updated nvidia driver to 566.36 and problem gone, nvidia problem as always
