Control center not working properly

Everything was working fine until i upgraded my windows , the control center would not open after the update  , so i  had to uninstall it and download the version 1.0.0.50_MEDION control center from erazer website . This version is different from the one that i had and is not working at all as it should , i can`t even change keyboard lights with it . How can i get back the version from factory settings  ?

can you please provide the MSN number of your machine?

It is an 8-digits number, starting either by 100, 300 or 500 printed underneath the unit.
