Bios update for beast x40 4080 i7 1tb version

is it important to update the bios? what difference does it really make?

my version has the N.1.20MED07

A BIOS  Update would only be necessary, if your PC makes problems, eg freezes and blue screens.

If it runs smoothly, there is no need to update.
