Battery Monitor ic?

Hi 

I'm hoping someone can help with an ic required on a MEDION P7643 motherboard as circled in the attached photo which is a sot23-5 type smd, I assume it to be a battery monitor or similar? If anyone could let me know exactly  what the part is or tell me the markings on it as mine is no longer on the board it would be greatly appreciated
