BIOS Update and GPU Limit Throttling

Hello everyone

i would ask to mods or someone in the community if there are ways to fix those 2 main problems i have with my Medion Erazer Hunter x10 product number 10023964.

1st problem is the BIOS update, since this motherboard has installed a different BIOS from the one you can find on the MSI website i can not update it since the motherboard can not find the files inside the flashdrive. I have seen different thread about this problem and different solution but i wanted to know which one is the right one for my computer. @Andi 

2nd problem is the Limit throttling, my GPU is always on limit throttling and when it start to work hard like 70-80% the speed of it decrease a lot. Right now i have set my CPU (Intel i9-10900KF) at 5 GHz but when the load work is really heavy it decrease and reaches like 4 GHz. I would like to know what's the problem and how to solve it. The cooling system is not good enough for the CPU? The power supply is not good enough?
