Arc A730m Graphics Driver Update on Erazer Major X10

Hi, I am a happy owner of an Erazer Major Arc A730m gpu, in fact neither the Arc nor the Intel control center detect the latest driver available, or rather, the Intel one tells me that there are drivers 32.0.101.6314 (WHQL Certified) but the procedure only installs the Arc control center but not the drivers which turn out to be 31.0.101.3430, even Windos update does not detect updates, I tried to install manually and I have big flickering problems and I went back , but why this mess? Is there a way to get new drivers? Two years is a long time
