MD19900 Does not vacuum

Hi,

my MD19900 does not vacuum, it just walks around without turning on the vacuum engine, sit someone have the same issue?

Can someone helps how to fix this?

@Zelupi Sorry to see that you are experiencing this issue.

If the product turns on but no vacuum suction, please check the roller brush under the product for any stuck debris.
