md34710 medion akoya e32014 psu upgrade

Hi,

I would like to upgrade my power supply for my desktop so I could put a GPU in it.

My desktop is a md34710 Medion Akoya e32014 with ecs b460h6-em motherboard.

Does a normal ATX power supply fit in the case and can I connect it straight to my motherboard or do I need some adapters?
