Where can I find the user manual for the MEDION B360H4-EM motherboard?

I need to find it, but I'm not able to locate it anywhere on the internet. I am looking for a printable version so I can back it up.

If anyone wonders, you can get the motherboard model using CPU-Z or the cmd.

Hello,

I am a user of the Medion B360H4EM motherboard and want to update the BIOS to version v116.

I downloaded the official BIOS archive, but I cannot update safely because:

• My BIOS has no built-in update utility (M-Flash / Q-Flash / EZ Flash).

• The Windows utility AFUWINx64.exe gives the error: 10 - Error: Unable to load driver.

• The archive does not include a DOS utility (AFUDOS.EXE).

• Windows does not detect TPM, which is why I decided to update BIOS.

Please provide:

• A working BIOS update utility (Windows, DOS, or UEFI),

• Detailed instructions on how to safely update the BIOS.

System information:

• Model: Medion B360H4EM

• Current BIOS version: 360H4W0X.115 X64

• Operating system: Windows 10, 64-bit

• Country of residence: Ukraine

• Purchased as a pre-built computer in Poland in 2022

You first have to give the name of your Computer, and the MSN Nummer.
