Hi,
I have a Medion Erazer PC. I believe it is the engineer Pro p10 x31. It is the i7 12700 with the 3060ti running Windows 11.
The pc will freeze quite often.
The pc has the gigabyte B660M DS3H Motherboard. I've updated all the drivers etc with no luck in resolving the problem.
The bios is showing a 100, how do I update the bios to the latest version as the gigabyte firmware cannot be installed.

Hi,
I have had no reply or solution.
To be honest I'm really disappointed by the support, if this the official channel for support then I won't be buying another Medion product in the future.

I’ve called the helpline and spoke to an agent that didn’t have a clue what I was taking about and was advised to reinstall windows 🤦♂️ tried to explain the situation with the bios and was told to email my problem to the Medion help desk that was 6 days ago, felt like the call centre was totally incompetent and inexperienced.

The best solution to date was to use the Nvidia studio drivers after a full system reset and restore
However the bios question still goes unanswered.
What phone number did you call?
