MS-7728 Problem

Hello,
A few days ago I decided to update the processor of my Medion computer, and after a few days I already received the processor.
The problem comes from buying i7 3370 for my motherboard, which is a ms-7728 Medion. I would like to know how to make the processor compatible with the motherboard and if there are options to update the bios or similar.
