Is it normal for the case fans not to turn on? (Erazer Recon E45 MD35360)

Hello,

I recently purchased the Erazer Recon E45 MD35360 and everything has been working smoothly so far. I am, however, curious about the fact that the case fans don't seem to turn on, even when I load up some heavier applications, like games. Is this normal? I can't seem to find any information about the case fans in the manual or accompanying technical information booklet.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

What you have too little of, others have too much of. See here:

Please check the cables from the fan to the motherboard to see if they are all connected and plugged in correctly.
