Can I install a new CPU with integrated graphics card on my Medion Akoya E23401

Can I install a new CPU with integrated graphics card on my Medion Akoya all-in-one E23401?
Lately my graphics display is badly distorted. I have tried all sorts of things like updating driver, reset Windows, clean reinstall of Windows 11. I am now using a an external display monitor but wany my original all-in-one display back working properly.

I looked to see if I could just install a new graphics card Intel UHD 620. However a few googles tells me it is integrated in the CPU Intel Core i5-8250U.

So can I replace CPU that will also replace the GPU?

How easy is it to do this? Do I need to consider anything else when doing this?

Hello @marmarreid and welcome
Yes, it is true that the CPU I5-8250 has integrated Intel UHD Graphics-620. The CPU has a BGA1356 socket. BGA = soldered.
So it cannot be changed for a normal user.

Thanks Fishtown. What would you suggest? Should I bring to my local computer repair shop?

Everything is working fine apart from the graphic display has lots of black lines and very fuzzy.

Is it possible to repair?

Kind regards

Mark
