you made a mistake. the link leads to: MEDION LIFE E69240 (MD 84044) A-DK
MSN: 5004 3563 Turntable and Cassette digitizer.
there is no MD43563 either.
however, there is a MD43562

they are only available in german, dutch, french and danish
