Problem with stoiring and selecting stations

Hello.
I bought a DAB Radio Medion P66550.
1. As instructed in the User Manual, the station tuning function does not work.
"Radio Station > PRE / MEM > TUN + / TUN- (P01) > (> II)" = (Display Preset Empty (FM and DUB is the same).
I also tried the SCAN function for all stations, but there were too many bad station signals. So I learned FACTORY RESET. Where is the problem that I cannot save the found stations

2. Why signal - the program in the DAB system is 3 seconds behind FM.

did you take off the antenna correctly or tried it at another location?
