P2200 not syncing with Google Fit

Hi everyone

The Medion app allows you to sync the app (and watch) with the Google Fit app. However, when I select this option, I get an error message stating (and I'm paraphrasing here) "failed to sync with Google Fit".

The Medion app is also not part of the list of apps that are compatible with Google Fit (according to Google Fit).

Any thoughts on why the apps won't sync?

Any people out there with the P2200 that don't have this problem?

All other features seem to be working fine.

Hi @NeilB ,

the fitness band you have has its own app: Medion Fitness App.

It most likely won't synch with Google Fitness.
